As I think back on March the question seems to be- “Where did it Go?” We started out with a prayer retreat outside of UB.
You can see the whole crew above- We certainly are missing the Liberdas!
We wanted so say THANK YOU! to everyone from Menominee- Here are Diana and Jack, Homer and Diana, and Becky who did the kids program (kids loved it and so did mom and dad) It was great to spend time with team members and fellow super-heroes
We also discovered that despite not having seafood we are safe from goiters because we can get iodized salt. Enough said and you can all breathe easier. The salt is a bit strange because its by UNICEF but the font is the same as most of the food from Wal-Mart, is there an Arkansas connection? (Yes I’m going to start using Just for Men after this- Mongolian men rarely go gray, there are some but I’m an oddity- you always knew that didn’t you)
We have weathered our first dust storm. March still comes in like a Lion and goes out like a – well still with a fury, we are not out of the dust storm season yet. We have a break next week from language study and are really looking forward to it. We will see what April holds.

I will sleep better tonight knowing that the risk of goiters is lessened. However, since you are my son and I have a large goiter…better watch out!
The pictures of all of the CMA workers is amazing. Just how many of you are there?
The Lord bless you and build His church for His glory. Thank you again for your willingness to be part of His work.

Thanks for the update. I love the thoughtful photos of Batman, his buddy, Superman, and Batman’s big Sister. All the children must be learning so many new things.
It’s also good to know that living in Mongolia doesn’t preclude young ladies from enjoying a little bling on their clothes. The Bergevin girls are so sweet looking.
And yes, Mark, I too am glad to know that you are all protected from goiters and happy that UNICEF makes iodized salt available in Mongolia. Perhaps Walmart is actually the supplier of choice for UNICEF? Would you want us or some of your Russellville friends to notify the Little Rock t.v. stations? Those AR connections are important.
Thanks for putting my mind at ease about the goiter thing, although I wasn’t insightful enough to originate this particular item of concern.
Love you all . Have a fun and restful week off.

Mongolia has plenty of hair coloring AND plenty of bling, but thank you for asking! Fashion is taken very seriously by at least the city folks, but I (Cinda) have resisted the temptation to wear ice-pick heeled boots even though most of the women believe they are the best thing to wear when there’s ice on the ground. Mark, on the other hand, enjoys the men’s fads, such as wearing a lot of pink — no, not really, but he does like fur hats.
