Fear not, for I am with you; I will bring your offspring from the east, and from the west I will gather you. I will say to the north, Give up, and to the south, Do not withhold; bring my sons from afar and my daughters from the end of the earth, everyone who is called by my name, whom I created for my glory, whom I formed and made. Isaiah 43:5-7

Is it not obvious that the helicopter was delivering Cinda's coat that was sent from Maine 2 weeks before Christmas? Duh.

Love the kite pics. We're going to do the same on the beach (only place in this state w/ no trees!) this afternoon. Mongolia is SO like Maine.

The divided path is at the Children's Park, just a walkway, not a road. People stay out late at night here, usually even the littlest children don't go to bed until close to midnight, so they spend a lot of time at the parks in the evenings, thus the light posts. Although we are now experiencing shorter nights, with the sun setting much later and rising much earlier. It seems to be getting light somewhere around 4 a.m. each morning.

Presidential elections are approaching so perhaps the person was in town for election activities.

I like those future Secret Service guys! With all the guards/military around someone very important must have been in the helicopter. A high government official perhaps? Did you see the person(s) getting out of the copter? Have you learned enough of the language to pick up on local gossip, such as who was that and what are they doing here?

I too am curious about the divided highway or walkway and the very nice looking brick pathway. Don't think I've seen anything approaching this level of structural newness in your photos before. It really helps us at home to see photos of your surroundings, yes, even including the concrete.

Amazing.....first you tell us you live in the same country as the World's tallest man, now a helicopter appears. Where was it from ? Where is it going ?
And pictures showing a divided highway with tall lights between the lanes.
All very, very interesting! so glad to see the warmer weather has arrived with blue, blue sky. Terrific pictures.
